- Navigate to Service > Cases > New Case.
- Select the custom case form: “Deceased Estate Case”.
- Enter the following required fields:
- Deceased Member Name
- Date of Death
- Notifier Name and Relationship
- Account Numbers (if known
- Save the case to activate the Business Process Flow.
- Begin Stage 1: Initial Notification and Account Lockdown.
