Views:
  • Navigate to Service > Cases > New Case.

  • Select the custom case form: “Deceased Estate Case”.

  • Enter the following required fields:

    • Deceased Member Name

    • Date of Death

    • Notifier Name and Relationship

    • Account Numbers (if known 

  • Save the case to activate the Business Process Flow.

  • Begin Stage 1: Initial Notification and Account Lockdown.
