    • Check “Created Date” and “Account Lockdown Status”

    • If >8 days and not completed, expect automated email alert

  • For overdue cases:

    • Escalation email sent to Team Leader

    • Case priority automatically updated to “High 

  • Manually follow up with executor or solicitor if documents are delayed.
