- “Pending Documentation” list
- For cases nearing SLA deadline:
- Check “Created Date” and “Account Lockdown Status”
- If >8 days and not completed, expect automated email alert
- For overdue cases:
- Escalation email sent to Team Leader
- Case priority automatically updated to “High
- Manually follow up with executor or solicitor if documents are delayed.
